The subject I choose was people with red clothes and their moving direction. In the beginning of this process, there only few dots on the map and I thought it was boring. And people were moving around all the time. Well, not all of them, some people were moving, some people were just sitting on the chair. So, I decided to record their moving direction by arrow when putting those dots on the paper.
When I finished the map, the arrow really attracted me instantly and implied the track of what was the flow of people’s movement. Most of people was just walking along the street and did not enter the park. Also, the crossroads were the place that people were walking away from the park.
On the other hand, at the inside of the park, people were often sitting on the chair or laying on the ground. As the result, those dots have no arrows for the moving direction.
